  • How do I register my OnlyPay account?

  • What information is required for registration?

    Onlypay supports both individual and enterprise users to open accounts. Individual users: my ID card, my debit card; Enterprise users: business license, legal representative certificate, enterprise to bank account or legal representative personal bank account.

  • Is it safe to provide information to OnlyPay?

    OnlyPay is a professional third-party payment agency. Our bank account for handling funds is subject to the supervision of the People's Bank of China, and customer information will be strictly confidential and protected. It can only be used to apply for real name authentication of the account number and will not be used for other commercial purposes.

  • What is the difference between a registered enterprise account and an individual account?

    The main difference between an enterprise account and an individual account is that they support withdrawal accounts. Individual users: only withdrawal to their domestic savings card is supported; Enterprise users: support withdrawal to corporate accounts of mainland enterprises and domestic private accounts of legal persons

  • Does it cost anything to register?

  • Can I apply for subscription service directly online?

  • What transaction currencies do you support?

    OnlyPay supports the collection of world mainstream currencies such as US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Japanese yen, dirhams and Hong Kong dollars.

  • How soon can I get to the account after I initiate cash withdrawal in OnlyPay?

    After the withdrawal is initiated, it is expected that the account will be received with you within 1 working day, and it is expected that the account will be received within 2-3 working days after the reconciliation is completed。

  • Can I withdraw money to others' bank cards?

    I'm sorry, at present, the fund supports the withdrawal to your corporate account or corporate private account. If it is an individual account, the withdrawal will be made to the bank card filled in when opening the account.

  • I have an independent website. How can I access OnlyPay?

  • Do you need any materials to open an independent website payment service?

  • Which countries do you support acquiring?

  • Need to sign a contract to cooperate with Onlypay?

    Yes, your company will sign the Service Agreement for Online Acquiring of Foreign Cards with our company. It is required to affix the official seal and legal person's signature in duplicate, and affix the cross page seal (please ensure that each page of the cross page seal is affixed), and the paper version needs to be mailed.

  • How long can I trade after submitting materials?

    After the initial review of the electronic information received by the customer manager, the official review of the merchant account will be started. The review time is 1-3 working days. After the merchant account is approved, it will be directly sent to the email address filled in the data.

  • Do you reserve funds for merchants?

    As there are reverse transactions such as refund and refusal in cross-border transactions, we reserve part of the margin for reverse transactions. The form and proportion of the deposit will also be clearly agreed in the contract with your company.

  • What is a refusal to pay?

    Refusal of payment of an international credit card means that the cardholder of an international card organization refuses to pay the bill to the issuing bank within a certain payment period (generally 180 days).
